Gina is currently teaching Pilates with the apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Combo Chair, and Ladder Barrell) at Resolution Physical Therapy & Pilates in Dunwoody.
Evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates, Pilates:
* Is a refreshing mind-body workout
* Develops core and overall strength
* Creates an evenly-conditioned body by preventing and rehabilitating sports injuries
* Corrects faulty movement patterns/re-trains your body to move more efficiently
* Is an excellent supplement to bellydance conditioning for professional Oriental Dance artists
A Pilates Practitioner since 1994, Gina became Polestar Certified in Post-Rehab in 2001 and works with both fitness clients and post-rehab patients. She can create a program specifically for your particular goals.
Gina teaches privates, semi-privates, and Reformer Classes. All sessions are 45 minutes and are performed on the Pilates apparatus.
